Shoulder bothering me again.  I don’t think I rested it long enough, iced it often enough nor did I take the Ibuprophen long enough.

I do not have good form on these.  Shoulder hurts and I feel like I am going backward on strength right now.  Horrible workout overall.

Okay, this is not working out.  I am going to have to give my shoulder more time to heal and come back to Bench and Press

 

Romanian Deadlift

These were recommended to me by someone from the Starting Strength forum.  I am hoping that by doing these instead of Deadlift I will better recover.  I can tell that I am not recovering in time for the next workout session.
