I had such trouble with this weight last time that I was afraid I was going to have to reset already. I am NOT ready to reset at this low weight.
I like this exercise! My hamstrings are really tight and the RDL really helps get a nice stretch. I am using my homemade plywood micro weights
I wussed out on this workout.
I had trouble with the first set but did an extra on the second set. I am going to move on to 155 for my next session.
I did the last set just to help relax my back it got tight on these.
