My daughter got me a huge rope for working out.  It is an amazing upper body workout!  I have only been using it two ways one is with alternating arms up and down and the other is both arms up and down together.  We first saw the Rope exercises on the  television program “The Biggest Loser”.

The rope is about 2 inches thick and 30 feet long.  It has shrink tubing on both ends to keep the rope from unraveling.  I loop it around one of the posts on my squat rack.

This is a great workout!  Give it a try.  If you can’t picture what I am talking about search ‘Rope Workout’.
